The Dinner
This year’s annual benefit dinner is just around the corner and we are so excited to share with you some of our plans and allow you to purchase tickets online for this year’s dinner! This year we are sticking with what we have heard is everyone’s favorite format! This will again be an in-person dinner for everyone to come together and eat some fantastic food and spend time fellowshiping with other supporters of Lylewood and others who are special to our family!
This year’s dinner will be another Rib dinner with some of the best fall off the rib bones that you have ever tasted, but if that is not your thing no fear we also have pulled pork and chicken options to help us meet the needs of all of our family. Each meal is served with potato salad and baked beans, but lets be honest the information you are looking for is this … YES we will have the COBBLER again! This year we will have both chocolate and peach cobbler options for you to choose when you order your tickets!
It is going to be the best dinner yet and we are so excited to have everyone out to join us! Buy your tickets online before the March 3 deadline. We are also offering take-out plates which you can specify in the ticket purchase details.
If you are unable to join us this year or if you want to make an additional donation you are welcome to mail any donations or letters about your history at Lylewood we would love to read!

Pickup Take-out Plates (preferred time): 4:30 – 5:30PM

The Singing
Anyone who has been to a week-long camp at Lylewood knows about one of our favorite traditions, Singing on the Porch! This is one of the most important traditions that we have that help our campers learn about the legacy that Arch and Edwina left for us and is often one of each of the camper’s best memories of the week. This is something we want to build on and bring out of camp to our other events!
So this year we are hosting a congregational singing at Trenton Crossing right after our Annual Benefit Dinner. You DO NOT have to attend the dinner to come to the big singing! We urge everyone to take the time to invite your congregations to come join us for singing at Trenton Crossing. We want to set a record for the largest number of people that have ever been packed into their auditorium.
This is a completely free time for us to gather as a group of believers and spend time fostering relationships with each other and our Lord and singing praises to Him. We will have multiple song leaders from a variety of congregations in the surrounding areas to allow every member of this singing to be able to spend time singing and enjoying the event.
The Singing Details
Start Time: around 7:00 PM (after the benefit dinner)
Location: Trenton Crossing Church of Christ
Time: we will sing and fellowship for about an hour, we may go a second session after a short break to allow anyone who would like to leave head out.
Volunteer
We could use additional volunteers to help with food prep and serving work to be sure everything is a big success. It would be an honor to have you partner with us. If you will extend your time and talent, please let us know below.
